A 75% occupancy rate would net you, approximately $3200/month, after HOA fees. But being, there is not a lot of pet friendly resorts like this, I can see your vacancy being lower. You’ll need to pay for utilities, but the HOA does also include cable & internet as well as outdoor maintenance. 75% occupancy gives you 15%+ ROI.
